What is Phoenix Tears Cannabis Oil and How Does it Work?

Phoenix Tears Cannabis Oil is a full extract cannabis oil (FECO), first popularised for medical use by Canadian activist Rick Simpson — which is why it is also commonly known as RSO or Rick Simpson Oil.
